TOP CHARITY ChangeMAKERS is a prestigious, invitation-only business picnic and forum for leaders of change, bringing together a curated group of representatives from business, diplomacy, politics, and culture. It is organized in cooperation with leading business organizations, including Corporate Connection, Employers of Poland, the Lewiatan Confederation, and the Polish Business Council.

In 2025, the guest of honor was Dr. Jill Biden, former First Lady of the United States, educator, and advocate for equality and international dialogue, whose presence highlighted the importance of global cooperation and values-driven leadership. In 2024, the event welcomed Phyllis Newhouse, a U.S. Army veteran, entrepreneur, and founder of Xtreme Solutions, a company specializing in cybersecurity and defense technologies.
